In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:
Full ownership: You will develop the product vision, roadmaps, and timelines, managing the delivery of features and enhancements.
The "Bridge" (Business ↔ IT): You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile users' needs and translate them into new functionalities.
Market and user research: You will see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with the roadmap.
Stakeholder management: You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Quality verification: You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals.
We are looking for people with:
Practical experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology.
Financial acumen and an analytical mind: Experience designing and implementing changes based on data analysis and understanding of revenue drivers.
Executive presence: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage stakeholders, including C-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration: Very good business writing skills and experience in translating business requirements into technology and vice versa.
An open mind and tech passion: Passion about tech and modern tools (e.g., Agentic AI) to automate tasks and refine services.
English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
