Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams. Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance. Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support. This role is onsite and aligned to standard weekday business hours. What You'll Do Provide high-level customer service and operational support. Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations. Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches. Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance. Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions. Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation. Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments. Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested. Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments. Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met. Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed. Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills.
