Responsibilities
- Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
- Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
- Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
- Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
- Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured
- Excited and comfortable working with established brands
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent
- Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc
- Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of G-suite & excel
- Must be inquisitive and proactive
- Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates
- Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes and objectives)
- Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV
