Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

The DORA programme is responsible for finalising the implimentation of the DORA regulation

This role is supporting the Programme management office for DORA

In this role you will partner with the wider Program Management Office, reporting to the Program Manager, as well as providing tactical support to the Program Sponsor. This role includes the execution of several tasks, including compiling executive reporting, coordinating and following-up on several activities, managing Program’s risks, issues and dependencies, as well as supporting the Program Management Office with ad-hoc tasks.

 

Must-have knowledge and experience:

The successful candidate possess PMO experience within strong IT program/project management, and has a good foundational knowledge of DORA and general Resilience topics.
In addition we expect you to have:
- a minimum of 3 years of experience within large ICT programs.
- excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate in Program Management areas, including executive reporting, operational risk management, and dependency management.
- Proactive, self-driven, self-organized and possessing excellent time management skills.
- Able to communicate professionally with various both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working with a team of experts and report to the program manager on assigned tasks and initiatives

Key Responsibilities Plan and drive end‑to‑end transition and cutover activities for multiple application migrations Coordinate technical, operational, and business stakeholders across Finance, internal technology teams, and external suppliers Ensure readiness for production cutovers, including dependencies, risks, mitigations, and rollback planning Manage transition plans, cutover schedules, and execution runbooks at application level Track and actively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies related to migration execution Support alignment between programme governance and hands‑on delivery activities Ensure transitions are executed in line with financial‑sector controls, compliance, and operational stability expectations Provide clear and concise status reporting to programme leadership and stakeholders Must-have knowledge and experience - Proven experience as a senior Project Manager or Transition Manager in complex IT transition or migration programmes - Strong background in the financial services sector (banking, finance, insurance, or similarly regulated environments) - Demonstrated experience planning and executing data centre migrations, platform transitions, or large‑scale infrastructure changes - Hands‑on experience with cutover planning, execution, and production readiness - Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams with tight timelines and high stakeholder complexity - Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and vendor organizations - Structured, methodical approach to risk, dependency, and issue management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in an international environment - Ability to work independently and take ownership in a high‑pressure delivery phase -Fluency in English (spoken and written) Nice-to-have knowledge and experience - Experience in Nordic or large European banking environments - Familiarity with application migrations to cloud or modernized hosting platforms - Experience working in multi‑vendor or outsourced delivery models - Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and control requirements in regulated environments - Experience working in programmes with strong dependency on architecture, security, and infrastructure teams
