Summary: We are looking for a skilled PMO & Training Manager responsible for supporting project governance, coordination, and the delivery of training within a large-scale program. Responsibilities:
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in governance, structure, and coordination across multiple workstreams
Oversee project financials, including budget control, cost tracking, and reporting
Organize and facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and maintain a clear status and decision-making cadence
Coordinate activities between teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely and aligned delivery
Monitor progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies across the program
Lead the planning and execution of training initiatives, including the development of training materials
Drive end-user training rollout and ensure adoption, readiness, and compliance
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align training with system and process changes
Must Haves:
Proven experience in a PMO role within large-scale programs or transformations
