Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

• Develop and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, and staffing.

• Set and track project milestones while managing unforeseen delays and realigning expectations.

• Establish communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders and staff.

• Facilitate the gathering and validation of project requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and performance databases.

• Analyze risks and provide regular updates to Senior Management to minimize delivery delays.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects within defined constraints.

• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm schedules and resolve project issues.

Requirements

• At least three years of management experience in the IT field, including development and customer-facing work.

• Strong knowledge of software development industry standards and Agile techniques (e.g., user stories, backlogs, DoD).

• Experience delivering projects in environments involving multiple development teams and cross-functional setups.

• Proficiency in project management software, specifically JIRA.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to coordinate with vendors and management.
