Requirements At least three years of management experience in the IT field, including development and customer-facing work. Strong knowledge of software development industry standards and Agile techniques (e.g., user stories, backlogs, DoD). Experience delivering projecagts in environments involving multiple development teams and cross-functional setups. Proficiency in project management software, specifically JIRA. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to coordinate with vendors and management. Proven ability to create proactive, self-organizing teams with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
