Główna odpowiedzialność roli:
Jako Product Manager będziesz odpowiadać za rozwój i optymalizację kluczowych ścieżek zakupowych w Morele.net. Twoim celem będzie zwiększanie konwersji, przychodów oraz satysfakcji klientów poprzez identyfikację barier zakupowych, rozwój nowych funkcjonalności oraz ciągłe doskonalenie doświadczeń użytkowników na każdym etapie procesu zakupowego.
Będziesz właścicielem produktów i procesów związanych m.in. z kartą produktu, koszykiem, checkoutem, metodami płatności, dostawy oraz obszarami wpływającymi na decyzję zakupową klienta.

Rozwój produktu i realizacja celów biznesowych:
Definiowanie strategii rozwoju ścieżek zakupowych i doświadczeń klienta.
Budowanie roadmapy produktowej wspierającej wzrost konwersji, przychodów oraz liczby zamówień.
Zarządzanie backlogiem oraz priorytetyzacja inicjatyw w oparciu o wpływ biznesowy.
Odpowiedzialność za realizację i monitoring KPI produktowych.
Analiza i optymalizacja Customer Journey:
Analiza zachowań klientów na całej ścieżce zakupowej.
Identyfikowanie problemów, punktów rezygnacji oraz obszarów generujących utratę konwersji.
Definiowanie hipotez produktowych oraz projektowanie eksperymentów i testów A/B.
Współpraca z zespołami UX i Analityki w celu poprawy doświadczeń użytkowników.
Współpraca międzyfunkcyjna:

Zbieranie i przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych oraz klientów na konkretne rozwiązania produktowe.

Analityka i podejmowanie decyzji na podstawie danych:

Wyciąganie wniosków i rekomendowanie działań zwiększających efektywność biznesową.
