Your responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision for the B2B Loyalty & Commerce Portal
Translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans
Lead feature development from discovery and business case definition through delivery and optimization
Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business value, and delivery capacity
Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
Monitor and improve platform KPIs related to engagement, conversion, and performance
Support the continuous enhancement of retailer and partner digital experiences
