We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client, a technology company building AI-powered platforms and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise environments. The company focuses on leveraging modern AI and LLM technologies to improve workflows, analytics, and user experiences across complex products and platforms.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered product experiences, working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders. You will drive product decisions around AI functionality, define production standards for AI systems, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features from concept through launch. The position requires a strong understanding of AI product development, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced Agile environments.
Requirements
4+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager/Project Manager
Proven experience building and launching AI-powered or LLM-based products in production environments, ideally within data, analytics, automation, developer tools, or platform products.
Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and workflows, including embeddings, evaluations (evals), tool calling, MCP, and the practical limitations of AI systems.
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with tools such as Jira or similar project management platforms.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and QA teams in fast-paced product environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered features and experiences across the platform, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, data, and go-to-market teams to drive successful product delivery and adoption.
Define production standards for AI features, including quality benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, latency expectations, permissions, and fallback/failure handling.
Make strategic product decisions about where AI adds the most value compared to traditional UX approaches, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Drive day-to-day product execution, sprint planning, prioritization, and process improvements using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Conduct customer and market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation.
Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and performance data to inform roadmap decisions and feature prioritization.
Take full ownership of roadmap execution, ensuring alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
