Project Context

As IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all IT assets, ensuring strict governance and high data accuracy within the CMDB and ITSM systems. Goals and Deliverables

The Asset Manager is expected to:

  • Develop and maintain an asset management plan for the organization's assets.
  • Ensure that all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary.

  • Correctly update, analyze, and refresh the CMDB.
