Description

You’ll provide venous care in a clinic setting as an NP/PA, performing patient evaluations, education, post-procedure follow-ups, and ultrasound-assisted procedures. Cosmetic vein treatments using sclerotherapy are included, with training provided. You’ll co-manage patients with the attending physician and complete chart reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations, including a thorough history and physical exam
• Provide patient education on venous insufficiency
• Complete post-procedure evaluations
• Co-manage patients with the attending physician
• Perform chart reviews
• Deliver cosmetic vein treatments using sclerotherapy (training provided)
• Collaboratively and independently perform procedures with ultrasound

Requirements

• Current APRN or Physician Assistant (PA) license (State of New York)
• BLS certification
• DEA certification preferred (not required)
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required)
