Description

You will perform new patient evaluations, including thorough history and physical exams, educate patients on venous insufficiency, and complete post-procedure evaluations. You will co-manage patients with the attending physician, review charts, and perform cosmetic vein treatments using sclerotherapy (training provided). You will also collaborate and, as trained, independently perform ultrasound-supported procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations (history and physical)

• Educate patients on venous insufficiency

• Conduct post-procedure evaluations

• Co-manage patients with the attending physician

• Complete chart reviews

• Deliver cosmetic vein treatments using sclerotherapy (with training)

• Perform ultrasound-supported procedures collaboratively and independently (as trained)

Requirements

• Current APRN or Physician Assistant license in the State of New York

• BLS certification

• DEA certification (preferred, not required)

• Bilingual Spanish (preferred, not required)
