Quick Facts

• Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; weekends off; no call
• Patient load: 10–15 patients per day

Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care for senior patients in an outpatient setting. Focus on chronic condition management, wellness exams, and preventive care while maintaining thorough documentation and follow-up. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care for senior patients
• Manage chronic conditions, conduct wellness exams, and deliver preventive care
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families
• Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up for all patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Passion for working with the senior population
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with the support of a collaborative team
