Description

Participate in a banking project focused on delivering new features. You will analyze, define, collect, refine, and document business and functional requirements, then model business processes and translate them into system requirements for IT teams. You will also analyze application behavior using logs/system data and support validation through testing, including UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.

• Model business processes and define system requirements.

• Work with solution design and translate business needs into requirements for IT teams.

• Analyze application behavior and diagnose issues using logs and system data.

• Prepare SQL queries for data analysis and verification.

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute functional testing and UAT acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with testers and business users during acceptance of implemented changes.

• Participate in deployment activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business or system analysis.

• Experience collecting and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Ability to model business processes and define system requirements.

• Analytical thinking and ability to identify business-technology dependencies.

• Experience collaborating with business users and IT teams.

• Practical SQL knowledge, especially Oracle databases, including the ability to write SQL queries for analysis and verification.

• Knowledge of WinSCP and PuTTY.

• Basic knowledge of Docker environments.

• Ability to analyze application behavior and diagnose issues using logs and system data.

• Experience preparing test scenarios and test cases.

• Ability to perform functional testing and UAT acceptance testing.

• Ability to report test results and raise defects.
