Description

You will support the development of modern solutions for business customers in the banking sector. Working in an Agile environment, you will connect business and technology needs by analyzing requirements, modeling processes, and creating user-focused delivery artifacts such as epics and user stories. You will also help coordinate UAT and manage integration and release requirements across bank systems, electronic channels, and external solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and customer segment owners to identify and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and product data to identify needs and growth opportunities

• Model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization

• Create and develop digital user paths, epics, and user stories

• Participate in backlog refinements and support prioritization

• Work with UX/UI, architects, system analysts, and development teams

• Define integration requirements across banking systems, electronic channels, and external solutions

• Prepare UAT approach, end-to-end test scenarios, and test cases

• Coordinate UAT execution and manage reported defects

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting sprints and releases

• Cooperate with technology partners, vendors, and legal/compliance teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role

• Experience in banking, fintech, or payments sector

• Practical knowledge of digital banking platforms for corporate customers, including API/Open Banking integrations and backend/core banking systems

• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum

• Ability to document and analyze requirements using Jira and Confluence

• Experience modeling business processes with BPMN and designing customer journeys with UX/UI

• Experience defining and coordinating UAT, creating test scenarios, and managing defect lifecycle

• Strong communication and collaboration skills at the business–IT interface

• Proven ability to use customer feedback and data to recommend product improvements

• Higher education (IT, economics, finance, management or related)

• English proficiency at least B2
