Description

You will process and coordinate IT support requests via the ticketing system and accompany them until resolution. You’ll act as the contact person for employees’ IT questions and technical problems, analyze error situations, and develop solution approaches together with internal experts, IT, and external service providers. You will also document incidents and recurring problems in the knowledge base and support software testing and application rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate support requests via the ticketing system and ensure they are resolved

• Be the first point of contact for employees’ IT questions and technical issues

• Analyze failure cases, narrow down causes, and develop solution approaches

• Document errors, solution paths, and recurring issues in the knowledge base

• Support software testing and the introduction of new or enhanced applications

• Contribute to improving applications and support processes; occasionally lead small projects

Requirements

• IT training, initial experience in an IT environment, or a comparable qualification (career changers with strong IT affinity are welcome)

• Enjoy investigating technical problems, understanding connections, and finding solutions

• Independent, structured, and careful working style; can manage multiple parallel requests

• Clear, friendly communication and strong team orientation

• Very good German skills; English skills to understand technical documentation

• First experience in IT support or with SQL databases is an advantage
