Description

You will define, develop, and own services that form the foundation of a Unified Platform. The role centers on architecting and delivering complex features end-to-end with minimal oversight, with continuous focus on testing, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex features end-to-end with minimal oversight

• Translate high-level business requirements into solutions

• Maintain focus on testing, reliability, scalability, and maintainability

• Design systems, model data, and write code across multiple languages and technologies

• Evolve legacy systems alongside greenfield development

• Learn and promote new technologies using best practices

• Participate in on-call and production support

• Contribute to system and architecture design discussions

• Challenge ideas and help define the technical path forward

Requirements

• 7+ years of server-side development using major programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Python, Clojure, or C#

• Strong understanding of system and architecture design principles for distributed systems

• Ability to own projects, define requirements, and lead development

• Excellent problem-solving skills across both development and support tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $175,000–$275,000 (based on experience and skills)
