Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scalable software solutions by managing feature development, testing, and ongoing support across collaborative teams. You’ll execute the software lifecycle end-to-end—coding, debugging, and CI/CD—while integrating AI/ML components to enhance platform capabilities. The role also includes translating designs into maintainable solutions, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, including implementation, iteration, testing, and support
• Write clean, efficient, reliable code across multiple languages and drive CI/CD and automated testing
• Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software
• Convert high-level designs into detailed, scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes
• Monitor application performance and support CI and delivery practices
• Mentor peers and promote engineering best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering/computer information systems/software engineering (or related) plus 3 years of software engineering experience, or 5 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience designing and developing features for large-scale applications using Java- and Node.js-based services
• Expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
• Experience working with remote data via REST and GraphQL APIs using JSON and HTTP
• Strong technical acumen in code review, debugging, and continuous development
• Ability to deliver scoped features using iterative/incremental development
• Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned to platform and business objectives
• Ability to collaborate across teams to turn complex problems into actionable technical requirements
