Description

You will build a horizontal identity platform that connects SaaS apps, infrastructure, internal tools, and AI agents to understand and manage access—who can do what, when, and why. The team expects engineers to take work end-to-end, owning delivery from data model design and API building through UI and production rollout. You’ll work independently, make architecture decisions, and collaborate with customers, design, and product.

Responsibilities

• Take on high-impact projects and see them through to production

• Build features end-to-end: data model, API, UI, and ownership after launch

• Make architecture, scope, and tradeoff decisions independently

• Partner with customers, design, and product to determine what’s worth building

• Maintain high standards for code quality, system design, and operational reliability

Requirements

• Built and operated real production systems

• Comfortable moving across the stack; capable of going deep when needed

• Prefer shipping over debates about ownership or process

• Communicate clearly, especially in writing

• Use AI tools effectively to improve work output
