Description

You will architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET, while developing user interfaces in Angular for a large-scale financial services platform supporting critical investment decision tools. You’ll work with microservices, message-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, and observability with Splunk. Quality is emphasized through strong test automation (targeting >80% coverage) and rigorous multi-peer code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET

• Build user interfaces using Angular

• Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI models (Claude, GPT) to accelerate development

• Deliver analytical tools that guide investment decisions

• Champion code quality through test automation coverage and rigorous multi-peer code reviews

• Own the production lifecycle using GitHub Actions and monitor systems with Splunk

• Define clear API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger

Requirements

• US work authorization to work for any employer (no visa sponsorship)

• 2+ years of strong experience with .NET and Angular delivering production-grade solutions

• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query tuning and schema design

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and high-performance RESTful APIs

• Background with message-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (sprint planning and peer reviews)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher)
