Description

Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET while creating user interfaces in Angular. You will work with microservices, message-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CI/CD via GitHub Actions, and Splunk observability, with strong test automation and multi-peer code reviews. Define and maintain API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger and support the production lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services in .NET for critical systems

• Build user interfaces in Angular

• Use GitHub Copilot and AI models (Claude/GPT) to accelerate development

• Deliver analytical tools that support investment decision workflows

• Maintain >80% test automation coverage and lead rigorous multi-peer code reviews

• Own production lifecycle with GitHub Actions CI/CD and Splunk observability

• Define clear API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with .NET and Angular

• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (including query tuning and schema design)

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and high-performance RESTful APIs

• Experience with message-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ (or similar)

• Experience writing unit and integration tests

• Agile/Scrum experience including sprint planning and peer reviews

• US work authorization to work for any employer in the US; no visa sponsorship

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
