Description

You will architect and build low-latency backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET while creating user interfaces in Angular for critical investment decision tools. The role involves microservices, message-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and observability with Splunk, with a strong emphasis on test automation and rigorous code reviews. You will also use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot and Claude/GPT) to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency .NET APIs and backend services

• Develop Angular user interfaces

• Use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, GPT) to accelerate development

• Deliver analytical tools that support investment decision-making

• Maintain >80% test automation coverage and lead multi-peer code reviews

• Own production lifecycle with GitHub Actions CI/CD and Splunk observability

• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger

Requirements

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship/transfer)

• 2+ years of strong experience with .NET and Angular

• Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience, including query tuning and schema design

• Hands-on microservices architecture and high-performance RESTful APIs

• Proven experience with message-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)

• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (sprint planning and peer reviews)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
