Description

You will architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services in .NET while developing Angular user interfaces for critical investment decision tools. The work includes microservices, message-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and observability with Splunk—along with an emphasis on test automation and rigorous code reviews. You’ll also leverage AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude/GPT to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET
• Build Angular user interfaces
• Use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, GPT) to accelerate development
• Deliver analytical tools supporting investment decision-making
• Maintain >80% test automation coverage and lead multi-peer code reviews
• Own the production lifecycle using GitHub Actions CI/CD and Splunk observability
• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger

Requirements

• 2+ years of strong experience with .NET and Angular delivering production-grade solutions
• Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience, including query tuning and schema design
• Hands-on microservices architecture and high-performance RESTful API development
• Background with message-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Ability to write unit and integration tests
• Agile/Scrum experience (sprint planning and peer reviews)
• US work authorization for any employer; no visa sponsorship available
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
