Description

Join a team responsible for the development and maintenance of strategic IT applications and platforms supporting the organization in IT. You will take ownership of products in the maintenance and further development phases, collaborating with technical and business teams in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT applications and services end-to-end across their lifecycle

• Define, maintain, and deliver product roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategy

• Manage the product backlog, set priorities, and coordinate development and maintenance initiatives

• Cooperate with Portfolio Leaders, Service Owners, technical experts, Delivery teams, and Support

• Coordinate activities for migrations, upgrades, technology changes, and service improvement initiatives

• Monitor progress for development, maintenance, and security/compliance activities

• Manage software licenses, renewal processes, resource usage, and optimize service costs

• Oversee security, compliance, audits, and vulnerability remediation activities

• Support and coordinate Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes

• Handle escalations and work with technology vendors and partners

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Product Management, Application Management, Service Management, or Application Portfolio Management

• Experience managing IT applications and services of varying scale and business criticality

• Experience defining and maintaining product roadmaps

• Ability to manage a product backlog and effectively prioritize tasks

• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes

• Experience collaborating with technical teams and multiple stakeholder groups

• Ability to monitor development/maintenance progress and compliance activities

• Experience managing software licenses and controlling IT service costs

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Very good command of Polish and English

• Ability to work in an international environment
