  • Hands-on ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts and integrate them into the engineering environment

  • Knowledge of Spec Driven Development, LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures

  • Experience deploying AI solutions to production including configuration, integration, hardening, monitoring, and development

  • Ability to convert business and technical requirements into implementation initiatives and solution architecture, including leading discovery workshops

  • Ability to evaluate AI business value, optimize model costs, and measure results

  • Excellent communication and advisory skills with technical teams and leadership

  • Experience transferring engineering knowledge and aligning AI practices across team roles

  • Experience supporting operational handover for deployed solutions

  • Knowledge of software development in a large financial institution, including security and compliance requirements

  • Analytical mindset, independence, and openness to experimentation and continuous improvement

  • Availability to provide services from Poland in a hybrid setup with at least 1 day/week onsite in Warsaw

Benefits
