Description

Lead the implementation of agentic AI solutions across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, backlog management, and system maintenance). You will design and build AI agents, prompts, skills, and automated workflows integrated with repositories, CI/CD pipelines, code review, and tests, while enabling teams to adopt and independently maintain the solutions. You will also define governance, measure KPIs/OKRs/ROI, and ensure secure and responsible AI usage in a regulated insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments from needs discovery and pilots, through standardization, to scaling across teams.

• Design and build AI agents, skills, prompts, and automated workflows integrated with developer tooling (repos, CI/CD, code review, tests).

• Introduce Spec-Driven Development practices.

• Support teams in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and M365 Copilot.

• Gather requirements with teams and management, define priorities, and create an AI adoption plan.

• Conduct training, workshops, and hands-on working sessions using real team tasks.

• Address change resistance by communicating benefits, addressing concerns, and engaging technical leadership.

• Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs, ROI), including delivery time, quality, change cost, and adoption level.

• Establish and enforce rules for safe and responsible AI usage (data protection, access control, risk management).

• Assess and recommend AI solutions based on cost, security, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies.

• Build an internal knowledge base of standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Monitor the AI market and propose relevant use cases for the insurance industry.
