Description

The Credit Controller (Mid-Level) proactively monitors and manages outstanding invoices in an assigned customer portfolio to ensure effective receivables management and to quickly resolve payment issues. The role includes follow-up on key accounts, handling disputes and payment plans, coordinating complex customer files with stakeholders, and collaborating with accounting to review unallocated payments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices in the assigned customer portfolio
• Follow up on key accounts by phone and in writing
• Follow up on complaints, disputes, and payment plans across customer segments
• Analyze and coordinate complex customer files with internal and external stakeholders
• Review unallocated payments and ensure they are correctly charged with the accounting department

Requirements

• Advanced CRM skills
• Advanced ERP skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Professional fluency in Dutch or French
• Professional fluency in English
