Description

You will oversee the financials for payment card authorization (income/expenses), prepare management reporting and analyses, and advise leadership on financial topics. You will support departments with organizing and commissioning finance-related work for external colleagues and with internal day allocation to fulfill service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain oversight of finances (income/expenses) for the payment card authorization area

• Compile and analyze the commercial situation using reports; advise the department head and other managers on financial questions

• Support departments with the commissioning and organization of finance tasks for external colleagues

• Support internal allocation of days to meet service requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration (BWL), ideally with a focus on Controlling

• Several years of hands-on experience in controlling, finance management, or a commercial finance environment

• Mandatory experience in FI and/or Sparkassen environment

• Strong skills in budget planning, forecasting, cost controlling, and analysis of revenue and expenses

• Experience building and preparing reports, KPIs, and management presentations

• Confident use of Excel (including pivot tables and complex evaluations); ideally SAP or comparable ERP systems

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) with secure banking terminology
