Requirements

• Experience with Java application support and troubleshooting
• JVM monitoring and application logs/performance analysis
• SQL query writing for data analysis and issue investigation
• Unix/Linux server troubleshooting
• Production incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes: Incident, Problem & Change Management
