Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Java applications and JVM troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, and application logs
• Experience in enterprise production environments
• Strong skills in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, monitoring, and ticketing tools
