Description

Join the Application Maintenance team to keep large-scale enterprise Java applications highly available, stable, and running smoothly in production. You will provide day-to-day production support, monitor system health, investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs, and perform deep root-cause analysis with development and infrastructure teams. The role also includes supporting deployments, releases, and post-implementation monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for large-scale enterprise applications

• Monitor system health, investigate production incidents, and resolve them within agreed SLAs

• Troubleshoot issues across Java-based applications, including monitoring JVM health and server resources

• Use Unix/Linux environments for server-level diagnostics

• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, validate issues, and track anomalies

• Perform deep root-cause analysis on complex issues and collaborate with teams to implement fixes

• Handle ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management

• Support application deployments, releases, and post-implementation monitoring

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Application Production Support or Application Maintenance

• Strong hands-on background supporting enterprise Java applications in production

• Solid understanding of application architecture, JVM concepts, and log analysis

• Good Unix/Linux skills, including server-level troubleshooting

• Strong SQL skills for running data analysis and investigations

• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and standard operational governance practices

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Clear communication skills for working with different technical and business teams
