Description

Design and implement reliable technical solutions using Agile methods. Analyze technical and business requirements, advise stakeholders on suitable solutions, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and IT management. Apply SRE and DevOps principles to improve platform reliability, capacity, performance, monitoring, and safe releases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions and processes in an Agile environment

• Analyze technical and business requirements and advise stakeholders

• Collaborate with business product owners, IT specialists, architects, and IT management

• Support adoption of DevOps and Agile ways of working

• Use SRE principles to improve platform reliability, capacity, and performance; reduce repetitive manual work; improve monitoring

• Develop tools for monitoring, alerting, incident detection/response, capacity management, and safe releases

• Participate in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery activities

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience developing and supporting distributed systems in Java

• Ability to design and develop microservices using Java 25 and Spring Boot

• Good knowledge of current Java technologies, frameworks, and DevOps tools

• Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Ansible, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD automation

• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical problems clearly across teams

• Ability to work with teams across regions and consider needs of the wider organization

• Structured and independent, results-focused approach

• Very good English and Polish

• Willingness to work hybrid in Kraków (2 days office, 3 days remote)
