Description

Build scalable backend and full-stack solutions in Java for banking, trading, and AI/ML projects. Work on both international and local engagements in the financial sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll deliver clean, efficient code, participate in code reviews, and implement and maintain CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend/full-stack solutions in Java
• Work on projects for the financial sector (banking, trading, AI/ML)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions
• Write clean, high-performance code and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of commercial experience in Java
• Experience with microservices and/or backend architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins or similar)
• Experience with automated testing and code quality best practices
• Git knowledge
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or cloud environments
• Technical degree in Computer Science or related field
• English and Polish proficiency at least B2/C1
