Description

You will design and develop scalable backend/full-stack solutions in Java for banking, trading, and AI/ML projects. You will work with cross-functional teams, write clean and efficient code with technical documentation, perform code reviews, and implement/maintain CI/CD processes.

The role involves working on international and local client projects with mentorship from experienced senior architects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend/full-stack solutions in Java

• Work on banking, trading, and AI/ML initiatives in the financial sector

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions

• Write clean, efficient code and maintain technical documentation

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team

• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of commercial experience with Java

• Experience with microservices and backend architecture

• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or similar tools)

• Experience with automated testing and code quality best practices

• Git proficiency

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or cloud environments

• Technical university degree (Computer Science or related)

• English and Polish communication skills (min. B2/C1)
