Description

Design and develop scalable backend and full-stack solutions in Java for international and local clients, including projects for the financial sector and AI/ML initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, produce clean and high-performance code with technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend/full-stack solutions in Java for banking, trading, and AI/ML projects
• Work on international and local projects in the finance sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams building scalable solutions
• Write clean, efficient code and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial experience with Java
• Experience with microservices/back-end architecture
• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or similar)
• Experience with automated testing and strong code quality practices
• Git knowledge
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or cloud environments
• Technical higher education (Computer Science or related)
• English and Polish proficiency at least B2/C1
