Description

Join a team working on international and local projects for the financial sector. You will design and develop scalable backend/full-stack solutions in Java, support automation and quality practices, and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation. You will also implement and maintain CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend/full-stack solutions in Java for banking, trading, and AI/ML projects

• Work on international and local projects in the financial sector

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions

• Write clean, efficient code and maintain technical documentation

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team

• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial experience in Java

• Experience with microservices/backend architecture

• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or similar tools)

• Experience with automated testing and code quality best practices

• Knowledge of Git

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or cloud environments

• Technical higher education in IT or related field

• English and Polish at least B2/C1
