Description

You will gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear specifications that enable effective solution delivery. Working with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will refine requirements, model processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), define acceptance criteria, and support testing and delivery alignment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis

• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for business process improvements

• Categorize and prioritize functional, non-functional, and technical requirements

• Prepare documentation including BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications

• Create process maps, user journeys, and AS-IS / TO-BE models

• Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements traceability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a shared understanding of requirements

• Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings

• Support development teams during solution design and implementation

• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements

• Participate in SIT/UAT testing cycles and support business readiness

• Contribute to backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and deliver expected business value

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Agile environments)

• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation

• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements

• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

Nice to have

• Experience in complex enterprise or financial services environments

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Relevant certifications (IIBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Scrum)
