Description

Senior Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives within the Financial Accounting domain. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops, and support implementation of business and process enhancements across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Drive business process improvement initiatives across multiple teams

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Perform data-driven analysis to support business decisions

• Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and project teams

• Support implementation of process improvements and organizational changes

• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions

• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst

• Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management

• Experience working in large, complex organizations

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and IT teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions

• Ability to perform data-driven analysis and translate findings into business improvements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English
