Description

Support and enhance an enterprise legal technology platform (ONIT/ELM) by managing incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA frameworks. Configure core ONIT modules—matter management, spend management (eBilling), and vendor/outside counsel workflows—then design custom configurations and workflows aligned to Legal business requirements. Build and maintain integrations connecting ONIT with core enterprise systems such as ERP, CLM, and finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve ONIT platform issues (incidents, service requests, change requests) using ServiceNow or Jira, following SLA requirements

• Partner with Legal Operations, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver timely resolutions and continuous improvements

• Configure and maintain ONIT modules (matter management, spend/eBilling, vendor/outside counsel workflows)

• Design and implement custom ONIT platform configurations and workflows based on Legal business needs; lead technical design sessions

• Develop and maintain integrations connecting ONIT with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring enterprise Legal Tech platforms (ONIT, TeamConnect, Legal Tracker, or similar ELM tools)

• Strong understanding of Legal Ops processes: matter management, eBilling/outside counsel spend, and contract lifecycle management (CLM)

• Proven ability to build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise middleware

• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) in SLA-driven support models

• Strong verbal and written communication skills bridging technical IT teams and non-technical Legal and Finance stakeholders
