Description

Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate ERP, shop, and third‑party data into a Data Warehouse/Data Lake. Model and maintain data (Data Vault, schemas, star/dimensional models) to provide a consistent foundation for reporting and machine learning, while ensuring data quality through monitoring and validation. Work closely with business teams to capture requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and test and document data processes and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration

• Model data using Data Vault, schemas, and star/dimensional modeling

• Ensure data quality via monitoring, validation, and automated data-quality checks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver technical solutions

• Coordinate external service providers and support rollouts

• Plan and execute unit, integration, and performance tests for data processes

• Document workflows and interfaces

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent specialized training with initial professional experience

• Practical experience creating data pipelines/ETL processes with Python, SQL, Airflow, Spark (or similar)

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and Data Warehouse concepts, especially Data Vault

• Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) is beneficial

• Experience with tools/technologies such as PubSub, dbt, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is helpful

• Experience capturing requirements with business departments and working with external providers

• Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills

• Interest in process optimization and implementing data-driven business requirements
