Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud business and technology transformation initiatives leveraging SAP’s cloud ERP portfolio. Ensure Clean Core adoption, standard process utilization, and upgrade-safe extensibility. Define target architecture, integration principles, governance models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with SAP Activate, enabling innovation through SAP BTP (including AI-driven capabilities).

Responsibilities

• Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture and transformation strategy
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive business process standardization
• Develop a Clean Core adoption strategy focusing on upgrade-safe extensibility
• Design integration principles and side-by-side extension architecture using SAP BTP
• Define governance frameworks for upgrades, extensibility, and innovation enablement
• Support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives and roadmap definition
• Lead the SAP Activate implementation approach for Public Cloud projects
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
• Define security architecture and compliance requirements for Public Cloud deployments
• Drive adoption of SAP BTP capabilities for automation, analytics, and innovation

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
• Strong expertise with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshop facilitation
• Proficiency in SAP Best Practices, Clean Core strategy, and central business configuration
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design principles
• Knowledge of SAP BTP extension models (key user extensibility, developer extensibility, side-by-side innovation)
• Familiarity with released APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns
• Experience supporting RISE with SAP programs and business process transformation initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present at executive level
