Description

Design and guide maintainable, standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions while collaborating with global business teams and stakeholders. Translate complex requirements into actionable proposals, mentor teams through architectural reviews, and ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and other regulatory standards. Shape the long-term technical vision for Asset Management and deliver audit-ready, governed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide maintainable, standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with clean-code principles

• Mentor and enable an agile team through architectural reviews and design discussions

• Partner with global business teams to translate complex requirements into SAP S/4HANA proposals

• Critically evaluate business requests to guide stakeholders toward sustainable IT solutions

• Drive compliance with GxP, GDPR, and other regulatory standards across the architectural lifecycle

• Shape the long-term technical vision for Asset Management, evaluating new technologies and integration frameworks

• Ensure solutions are audit-ready by embedding strict compliance and governance practices into the architecture

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect (or similar lead role) in SAP S/4HANA

• Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management

• Proven experience in heavily regulated environments with knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GDPR

• Strong command of enterprise management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow

• Solid understanding of modern delivery frameworks, including Agile and SAFe

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced English level and residency in Poland
