Description

Lead the technical architecture for custom developments, extensions, and integrations within large-scale S/4HANA programs, following clean core principles. Serve as the key technical contact for the customer by running workshops, translating business needs into feasible solutions, and communicating technical trade-offs and risks. Coordinate development standards, manage technical scope and risks, and support delivery from blueprint through go-live and hypercare, including on-site work during key phases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including 2–3 years as a technical lead or solution architect on full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of modern ABAP plus solid experience with classic developments (RICEFW)
• Understanding of SAP business processes and functional modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP)
• Experience with integration scenarios (Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs) between S/4HANA and non-SAP systems
• Fluent Polish and Upper-Intermediate English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience working directly with business representatives, key users, and customer management
• Readiness for regular business trips and on-site presence at customer locations in Poland

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for custom developments, extensions, and integrations on large-scale S/4HANA implementations, aligned with clean core principles
• Act as the customer’s key technical contact; run workshops and translate needs into clear, feasible solutions
• Present and explain technical concepts, trade-offs, and risks in plain business language to stakeholders and management
• Define development standards and design guidelines; ensure quality via design and code reviews
• Lead the development team and coordinate with functional consultants and the project manager
• Estimate technical scope, manage technical risks, and support planning across phases from blueprint to go-live and hypercare
• Work on-site at the customer premises during key project phases (workshops, testing, cutover, go-live)
