Description

Lead data-driven growth initiatives for online/digital products by analyzing user behavior, proposing product changes, and testing their impact on conversion, retention, and monetization. Plan and run experiments from hypothesis to scaling decisions, and translate findings into clear product recommendations. Collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, UX/UI, and Marketing to implement and communicate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and test solutions to increase conversion, retention, and monetization (from onboarding through purchase flow, promotions, and bonuses)
• Plan and conduct experiments (hypothesis, A/B tests, decide to scale or stop)
• Analyze data and user behavior and turn results into actionable product recommendations
• Work with product teams (developers, UX/UI, graphic designers), the Product Owner, and Marketing for smooth rollout and effective communication
• Create reports and present insights that support the product roadmap

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience working on growth for online products or SaaS
• Ability to work with key product metrics such as retention, conversion, LTV, and ARPU
• Experience analyzing data and drawing conclusions using tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, Looker, PowerBI, or similar
• Ability to translate data into product action recommendations
