Description

System Analyst to join banking project teams delivering solutions for credit and debit cards. You will translate business needs into system analysis and documentation, and support delivery through specification and refinement activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner, business analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders
• Collect, validate, and analyze business requirements
• Create system analyses based on business requirements
• Review and analyze user stories
• Participate in refinement with the development team
• Conduct project feasibility analysis
• Prepare recommendations for solutions from both business and technology perspectives
• Create concepts and specifications for information systems (architecture, interfaces, processes)
• Develop specifications for digital solutions and technical IT documentation
• Coordinate with developers and testers and ensure implementation matches the prepared documentation

Requirements

• Banking sector experience
• Business and system analysis experience, especially in banking and cards
• Experience analyzing business requirements and producing system analysis from them
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Experience creating specifications for digital solutions
• Knowledge of requirement elicitation, structuring, and modeling approaches
• Business modeling experience using use-case techniques and prototyping
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Relevant university degree (IT, math, economics, or related)
• English at least at a communication level
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
