System Analyst (Banking)

Description

You will support a long-term strategic program to deliver a secure, intuitive, and scalable electronic banking platform for corporate customers. Your work includes feasibility analysis, requirements elicitation and modeling, and creating system concepts/specifications and technical documentation. You will collaborate with developers and testers to ensure implementation matches the prepared documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform project feasibility analysis.

• Elicit, align, and analyze business requirements; provide solution recommendations (business and technology aspects).

• Develop concepts and specifications for information systems, including architecture, interfaces, and processes.

• Prepare technical specifications for IT solutions.

• Collaborate with developers and testers during implementation and ensure compliance with produced documentation.

Requirements

• Experience working in the banking sector.

• Knowledge of requirements acquisition, structuring, and modeling methodologies.

• Experience with business modeling using use cases and prototyping.

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Relevant higher education (IT, mathematics, economics, or related).

• English at a communicative level (speaking and writing).

• Very good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
