Description

You’ll work on processes related to client identity identification and verification, risk assessment, and anti–money laundering. The role focuses on translating business requirements into detailed system analysis that supports development, including integrations and API definitions. You will also help maintain production by analyzing second-line tickets and validating during deployments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed system analysis for developers.
• Refine business logic, including analysis of process variants and edge cases.
• Work with business on solution details (e.g., screen appearance and system behavior in specific situations).
• Create mockups and GUI designs.
• Design integrations between systems, including defining APIs.
• Prepare technical documentation and models using UML and BPMN.
• Support the development team with accurate analytical materials, including materials used by AI tooling.
• Contribute to production maintenance: analyze incidents in second-line support and provide technical validation during implementations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of system analysis experience (preferably in banking/fintech).
• Ability to design APIs, particularly REST and AsyncAPI.
• Ability to create documentation using UML, BPMN, and Enterprise Architect (especially process, class, and sequence diagrams).
• Basic SQL knowledge to write independent SELECT queries and perform simple data modifications.
