Description

You will support delivery of changes across the full lifecycle—from initiation to implementation—within complex banking projects. The role focuses on logical architecture design, technical documentation, and defining integrations and data exchange standards, while ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design logical architecture and system components considering non-functional requirements
• Create technical documentation, solution specifications, and logical models
• Define and document integrations between systems and data exchange standards
• Collaborate with architects and development teams for implementation
• Ensure consistency between business requirements and the technical solution

Expected Results

• Deliver high-quality system documentation aligned with organizational standards
• Create assumptions and specifications for mockups, process flow schemes, and steps
• Keep documentation updated for other team members
• Create tasks for other systems analysts and developers based on the technical documentation
• Identify business process issues and drive improvements
• Collaborate with other IT units

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of systems analysis experience in banking for investment or brokerage products
• Experience participating in end-to-end change delivery (from initiation to deployment)
• Experience in testing processes
• Experience in complex projects
• Experience working in Scrum

Business & Technical Competencies

• Technical: UML, BPMN, system integrations, design patterns, SQL for database querying, ability to analyze errors using logs

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, draw.io, Elasticsearch
