Description

Coordinate the work of analysts and provide high-level support to the team. Conduct feasibility analysis of IT initiatives, gather and refine business requirements with stakeholders, and propose business and technological solutions. Create system concepts and technical specifications, maintain technical documentation, and ensure delivery aligns with the prepared documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analysts’ work and provide high-level team support

• Analyze feasibility of IT initiatives and support project decisions early

• Collect, clarify, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and propose optimal solutions

• Create concepts and specifications for IT systems (architecture, interfaces, business processes)

• Prepare and maintain documentation and technical specifications for IT teams

• Work closely with developers and testers during delivery to ensure alignment with documentation

Requirements

• Experience as an analyst coordinator or lead/system analyst

• SQL and practical Excel skills

• Experience working with banking data

• Experience collaborating with data warehouses

• Analytical thinking with creative problem-solving

• Experience modeling business processes/solutions (e.g., use cases or prototypes)

• Daily working knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Methods for acquiring, organizing, and modeling business requirements

• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) for documentation

• Independent, responsible work style and strong organization

• Engaged, systematic, and delivery-focused

• Teamwork and open communication

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or ability to learn quickly)

• Banking/financial sector project experience (preferred)
